If possible, all work should be completed on the HWB using J2E Office. This will allow the class teacher to have access to the work in order to assess. Here is a guide on how to access and save work via the HWB and J2E: Distance Learning

Please try and complete one maths and one literacy lesson each day.
Maths: Follow the video lessons in order starting with the current week.
Please encourage your child to spend at least 10 minutes a day on Mathseeds.
Literacy: Please choose a topic from one of the links below– complete one lesson each day.
Note: If your child finds the work too easy they may try the Year 3 work. If they are finding the work difficult they may use the Year 1 or Reception work.
Please encourage your child to spend at least 10 minutes a day on Reading Eggs.
Please choose one or two activities per week.

You can now access additional reading materials at home from Oxford Owl. This is the reading scheme we use in school and will ensure a smooth transition to reading at home. You are able to select the appropriate age range for your child and their current reading level. You will need to create a log in to view the free ebooks. Please click on the following link. If your child finds the books too easy then log in to the higher levels (7-9 years +), if they find them too difficult then log in to the lower levels (4-5 years/ 5-6 years).
